Lakshmi Sarada has vast exposure in the field of Secretarial, Finance, and Direct and Indirect Taxation. She has given expert opinions and advisory services on Company Law to various organizations. She has represented NCLT, RBI, and Regional Director on several matters. Lakshmi is a qualified Company Secretary, an associate member of the Insurance Institute of India, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. She is a level 5 Certified Member in NCFM conducted by NCFM.
