He has supported large operator networks through roles in service assurance, regional leadership, and technical operations, gaining extensive experience across varied operational terrains.

His career includes directing field teams, managing multi-circle delivery, and driving deployment and transition initiatives across India.

At Vedang, Akshay leads the pan-India services function, focusing on service excellence, execution capability, and cohesive operational performance across all regions.
