Key Result Areas / Accountabilities
Project Responsibilities:
Manage and lead large field teams and ensure effective work distribution.
Strong knowledge of Air Fiber (A6), Indoor Small Cells, Wi-Fi APs, UBR, AirSpan and HFCL Antennae, including configuration and fault rectification.
Good knowledge of Samsung telecom equipment and infrastructure.
Monitor daily activities and resolve technical and non-technical issues.
Prepare project estimates, schedules, reports, MS Excel/Advanced Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Track project KPIs and ensure monthly sign-off closure within timelines.
Organizational Responsibilities:
Provide regular reports and feedback to management.
Communicate and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor project quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure protection of company/customer information and assets.
Key Relationships:
Coordinate with management, team leaders, field teams, and other project teams.
Guide teams, distribute responsibilities, and support technical and operational requirements.
Experience & Qualification:
7+ years of experience in the telecommunications field, preferably in O&M.
B.E./B.Tech in EE, EEE, ECE, or E&T with relevant telecom experience.
