Job Description – IBS Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure 100% completion of Preventive Maintenance (PM) within the defined SLA.
Perform and ensure 100% compliance for Corrective Maintenance (CM) within the prescribed 4-hour SLA.
Ensure daily network availability of 99.95%.
Ensure proper handling, movement, and timely return of materials in good condition as per defined timelines and processes.
Manage and provide technical support to the field team.
Generate required reports and coordinate with CMP Leads and L2 RF teams for maintenance and network-related activities.
Ensure zero manpower gaps and maintain adequate manpower availability for all assigned activities.
Travel within and around the CMP area as required to support field operations and maintenance activities.
